Funded Marketing Program by DIVIT (2028 Onwards)

CyberThrone Technology LTD. grants NFT holders limited commercial rights to use specified CyberThrone intellectual property, subject to the applicable licence terms.

CyberThrone has elected to direct 25% of specified royalty or other designated receipts to its DIVIT marketing-rewards wallet. These deposits fund promotional campaigns and reward allocations selected by CyberThrone. NFT ownership does not provide holders with an automatic entitlement to 25% of CyberThrone's revenue, profits, receipts, or deposited funds.

The marketing program will start in the first quarter of 2028.

Eligibility for individual campaigns may be verified using a combination of:

(i) On-chain verification to confirm ownership of the eligible NFT(s);

(ii) CyberThrone's official records to confirm that the holder has completed any applicable rights-licensing requirements; and

(iii) Confirmation that the holder has completed the participation requirements specified in the applicable DIVIT campaign post published on X.

Eligible participants must manually claim their rewards through DIVIT. Rewards will not be distributed automatically, and completing the campaign requirements does not remove the participant's responsibility to submit a valid claim.

All campaigns, participation requirements, eligibility criteria, reward allocations, claim procedures, and distributions are determined by CyberThrone in accordance with the applicable campaign terms.

Commercial License Agreement​

CyberThrone Technology LTD. will grant NFT holders a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to token holders. Owning one of our NFTs gives you the right to use the NFT designs, characters, and universe to create your own content or businesses. You may create, publish, and monetize projects such as:

  • Merchandise: T-shirts, hoodies, hats, posters, prints, stickers etc.
  • Comics, graphic novels, or illustrated books
  • Animated videos, short films, or web series
  • Games or mini-games
  • Music projects inspired by the NFT characters or world
  • YouTube channels, podcasts, and social media content

Important: While you may use the NFT designs and characters, our brand name, logo, and official branding may not be used to create or promote your own brand, company, or product unless explicitly approved by the team. If your project exceeds $100,000/year, please contact the team to discuss an extended license or partnership.
