DIVIT MARKETING REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS
1. Program. CyberThrone Technology LTD. may establish one or more project-funded marketing campaigns administered through DIVIT on UNVAULT Marketplace. Each campaign is governed by the campaign-specific terms displayed before a participant begins a claim.
2. Funding. CyberThrone determines the amount, asset, source, timing, and frequency of each deposit to the applicable marketing-rewards wallet. CyberThrone may fund a campaign from project royalties, treasury assets, primary-sale proceeds, licensing or merchandise proceeds, sponsorship funds, or any other source selected by CyberThrone. A smart contract may be configured to direct a stated portion of designated receipts to the wallet.
3. Eligibility. CyberThrone determines the holders and wallets eligible for each campaign. Criteria may include NFT ownership, collection, token ID, trait, chain, snapshot, holding period, listing status, profile status, license election, geographic limitation, prior participation, or other published requirements.
4. Allocation. CyberThrone determines the allocation formula and may use equal, weighted, per-wallet, per-NFT, capped, trait-based, first-come, or other disclosed methods. An allocation displayed to a holder is claimable only while the campaign remains active, funded, and otherwise available under the campaign terms.
5. Required Marketing Post. To claim an allocation, an eligible holder must publish the required campaign post on X using the account connected for verification. The post must include the campaign content, tags, link, and advertising or paid-partnership disclosure specified in the campaign instructions.
6. Verification and Claim. DIVIT may verify wallet eligibility, NFT ownership, X account connection, post content, post identifier, post timestamp, campaign disclosure, claim status, and other anti-abuse requirements. A reward is released only after verification and completion of the required claim transaction.
7. Claim Window. Campaign allocations expire at the stated deadline. A campaign may also close when the funded pool is exhausted. CyberThrone determines whether unclaimed funds remain available for another campaign, return to a project wallet, or are handled as otherwise stated in the campaign terms.
8. No Automatic Distribution. NFT ownership alone does not cause a marketing-reward payment. Funds are not automatically distributed to all holders. A participant receives only a campaign allocation successfully claimed after completion and verification of the required marketing activity.
9. Program Administration. CyberThrone may create, modify, pause, cancel, or close a campaign, subject to any funded and accepted claims already completed under the applicable terms. CyberThrone and UNVAULT may reject duplicate, automated, fraudulent, noncompliant, or unverifiable claims.
10. Separate Utilities. Commercial IP licenses, downloads, access rights, governance features, and other NFT utilities are separate from the DIVIT Marketing Rewards Program unless a campaign expressly incorporates one of them as an eligibility criterion.
