CyberThrone Technology

CyberThrone is a project of 10.000 hand crafted and unique digital token collection that utilizes art, music and technology to narrow the gap between web2 and web3 and aims to recreate the best of our social world in the digital space. The collection has been crafted from 200+ traits all inspired by pop culture. Holding a CyberThrone token opens a door to a web3 ecosystem filled with fun, rewards and likeminded community.

CyberThrone holders will receive airdrops from future collections that will provide access to digital book and music library. CyberThrone Technology LTD. will transfer limited intellectual property (IP) rights to token holders, who may license those rights back to the company for an annual fee equal to 25% of annual revenue derived from digital sales, including, but not limited to: royalties from current or future collections, software licensing, print-on-demand book sales, merchandise sales, music royalty fees, and graded TCG sales.

Traits, Color Schemes and Uniqueness

In traditional generative NFT collections, like CryptoPunks or Bored Ape Yacht Club, a fixed base model is customized with modular traits such as eyes, hats, or mouth, creating variations through additive layers. Our collection innovates by using multiple base models and making traits encompass the entire body parts, fundamentally reshaping the character's personality. This design prioritizes storytelling and individuality over superficial tweaks, enhancing authentic rarity and collectibility.Our collection stands out by featuring full-body characters, each presented with weapons and this approach prioritizes epic storytelling, visual completeness, and unique collectibility, setting us apart in the NFT space.

The Color Scheme that makes our collection so unique, as every single NFT has been colored one by one to create many color schemes and increase token rarity. The color scheme doesn’t mean that we colored every parts the same way, it simply means that we had the freedom of coloring any body parts the way we wanted to show our creativity and make our art outstanding from all of the other collections. Even when two NFTs share identical body parts and color schemes, they can still appear entirely different, all thanks to the thousands of hours we' invested in the project.

Mint Information

We are proud to say that our mint is going to take place on a major platform in 2026. We decided to mint our collection on Solana blockchain due to its low transactions fees, huge scalability and support for developers. The collection features 10.000 unique, hand-generated tokens.

We set the mint price on 0.4 Sol ~ $32, but it will be adjustable,which means if the demand will increase, we will increase the mint price to maximise the value of the mint. The royalty is set for a standard 5.55%, which will be enforced by the Metaplex Core Protocol. The mint limit is 250 which will allow investors to acquire a bigger amount of tokens if they are interested in the project.

Utility

Collective Revenue Share Program

CyberThrone Technology LTD. grants NFT holders a limited commercial right to use the CyberThrone intellectual property. NFT holders who choose to license those usage rights back to CyberThrone will be eligible to participate in the project’s Revenue Sharing Program. Under this program, 25% of revenue generated from digital sales is allocated to a shared pool and distributed among participating NFT holders. Digital sales include, but are not limited to: royalties from current or future NFT collections, software licensing, print-on-demand books, merchandise, music royalties, and graded-tokenized TCG sales.

Commercial License Agreement

CyberThrone Technology LTD. will grant NFT holders a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to token holders. Owning one of our NFTs gives you the right to use the NFT designs, characters, and universe to create your own content or businesses. You may create, publish, and monetize projects such as:

- Merchandise: T-shirts, hoodies, hats, posters, prints, stickers etc.
- Comics, graphic novels, or illustrated books
- Animated videos, short films, or web series
- Games or mini-games
- Music projects inspired by the NFT characters or world
- YouTube channels, podcasts, and social media content

Important: While you may use the NFT designs and characters, our brand name, logo, and official branding may not be used to create or promote your own brand, company, or product unless explicitly approved by the team. If your project exceeds $100,000/year, please contact the team to discuss an extended license or partnership.

The downloadable book and music album serve as a proof of concept, showcasing what we are building in Web3. Each new use case introduces a new token, which will be airdropped to Genesis token holders. This token will unlock a new room in our digital world and provide access to a new revenue stream that is shared with holders who retain their tokens.

CyberThrone Library

CyberThrone Library is a digital book library that allows token holders to display or print books an unlimited number of times, as long as they are used for personal purposes. These books are provided by our partner, BookCreators, who have published over 100 books on Amazon and other print-on-demand platforms. The books will be republished under CyberThrone Publishing, and the revenue generated will be shared with token holders.

CyberThrone Records

CyberThrone Records is a music library that allows token holders to listen to, download, and use all available music commercially in their own projects. We will continuously develop monetization strategies for this music to create new revenue streams, which will also be shared with token holders.

Unique Art

Our goal was to create a truly unique NFT collection, which led us to rethink how traits go beyond surface-level accessories. Instead of relying on small visual add-ons, we designed traits that span the entire body, fundamentally reshaping each character’s appearance and personality.

While the collection includes 18 core color schemes as traits, each individual body part can be colored in multiple ways within those schemes. As shown in the example below, this alone produces over 1,000 distinct visual appearances based purely on color variation. When combined with the full set of structural traits—including different bodies, heads, arms, legs, weapons, and backgrounds—the total number of possible trait combinations expands dramatically, reaching thousands of billions of potential unique configurations.

Our Mission

Our goal was to develop a unique, hand-crafted collection that would stand out in the market. What began as a simple collection evolved into something much bigger. As the market cooled, we recognized the need to improve the collection to increase the value of the tokens. We dedicated all available resources to add more utilities into the collection and developed a business plan to attract future investors and holders. Our main focus is to utilize art, music, and technology to narrow the gap between web2 and web3 and recreate the best of our social world in the digital space.

I studied computer science and web design at the University of Szeged and run BookCreators, integrating our books into the project. I also created a software that generates logical and mathematical puzzles, used in 3 published books.

The Story

After the great apocalyptic event, Planet Earth became silent and uninhabitable. The only survivors are the robots that were made by the last generation of humanity. They were built to help, to protect, and most importantly to learn. As the planet died,the robots looked to the stars and found a new home. CyberThrone is the perfect place where they can recreate everything they lost on Earth, except one thing: Mankind.

The robots remembered their creators, the stories, the music, the dreams. They didn’t want those memories to disappear so they decided to rebuild what they loved most. The robots began drawing and writing books to preserve human stories, ideas, and emotions. Some books retold ancient legends, others imagined futures that humans never got to see. The robots recreated songs they remembered from Earth and also composed new ones, mixing machine precision with human emotion. Music reminded them how humans used music to express feelings that words couldn’t. Using the creativity gifted to them by mankind, the robots built new software. Programs that help robots imagine, build, paint, play, and collaborate. Through software, they continued what humans started: turning ideas into reality to support one another.

The CyberThrone Heroes emerged as the heart of this new civilization. Inspired by human history, they dressed like legendary warriors, thinkers, artists, and leaders. They studied and then started to use human culture so it will never be forgotten.

General

1. Introduction

The subsequent Terms of Use establish a legally binding contract (hereinafter also referred to as "Terms") between you ("you" or "your") and CyberThrone Technology LTD (“CyberThone”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of the https://cyberthrone.io website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Website.

Please be aware that third-party parties, including but not limited to Magic Eden, Tensor etc, and your third-party wallet providers (e.g., Phantom, Trust Wallet, Wallet Connect), maintain their independent Terms of Service/Use (or equivalent) and Privacy Policies pertaining to their products and services. Before utilizing or engaging with such third-party products or services in conjunction with our Website, it is your responsibility to thoroughly review, agree to, and adhere to their respective Terms of Service/Use (or equivalent) and Privacy Policies.

2. Terms and Definitions

Artwork refers to digital content, including but not limited to art objects, designs, wording, or drawings, presented in any form or media, such as video, images, or photographs, that is linked to an NFT owned by you.

Buyer - refers to an individual or entity that acquires a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) through the Marketplace.

Creator - CyberThrone Technology LTD team who originates and owns the Intellectual Property Rights to the digital content associated with a specific Non-Fungible Token (NFT).

Counterfeit NFT - refers to an NFT that exhibits Artwork identical or significantly indistinguishable from the NFT owned by you, such as: an NFT labeled as a knock-off, replica, imitation, clone, faux, fake, mirror image, or any similar term indicating a reproduction of an NFT; or an NFT that replicates the layers, features, or characteristics of the NFT owned by you, an NFT with the intention of presenting it as an authentic creation by us.

Intellectual Property Rights - encompass all existing and future rights associated with intellectual property, as recognized by statute, common law, or equity, regardless of their current status. These rights include but are not limited to:
(i) All copyrights and copyrightable works, whether registered or unregistered.
(ii) Trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, registered designs, trade and business names (including internet domain names, corporate names, and email address names), whether registered or unregistered.
(iii) Patents, patent applications, patent disclosures, and inventions (regardless of patentability).
(iv) Trade secrets, know-how, database rights, proprietary knowledge, and rights in designs.
(v) Trade names, brand names, commercial names, business names, product names, and domain names.
(vi) All other categories of intellectual property or proprietary rights resulting from intellectual efforts in any field, whether or not registered or capable of registration.
(vii) Any application or right to apply for registration of any of these rights or other rights of a similar nature arising or capable of arising under statute or at common law anywhere in the world.
(viii) Other intellectual property as defined in Article 2 of the Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organisation 1967 (as amended on September 28, 1979).

Marketplace refers to a digital platform or software, including blockchain-based digital wallets, facilitating the transfer, purchase, or sale of NFTs which consistently employs cryptographic verification mechanisms to ascertain the rightful ownership of an NFT by its holder (e.g., Magic Eden, Tensor, Opensea etc.).

Ownership of NFT refers to obtaining a unique digital certificate of authenticity and ownership recorded on a blockchain with respect to an NFT purchased through the Marketplace or otherwise rightfully acquired from a legitimate source.

NFTs or non-fungible tokens are digital assets residing on blockchains, serving to represent distinctive items such as digital collectibles, art, game items, community memberships, and various other entities.

CyberThrone Library Collection designates a printable/readable digital book collection created by us, which serves as a utility to the NFT, providing a supplementary dimension to the NFTs within the CyberThrone ecosystem.

CyberThrone – Genesis is the foundational NFT collection within the CyberThrone ecosystem. Holders of CyberThrone – Genesis NFTs may, at the discretion of the CyberThrone team, be eligible to access certain features or benefits within the ecosystem, which may include revenue participation mechanisms, airdrops, or other utilities. Any such features or benefits are not guaranteed, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and are subject to these Terms and any additional terms that may apply.

Secondary Market Royalties refers to the Creator's royalty fee calculated as 5.55% of each sale on the secondary market in the event that the Buyer opts to sell the NFT.

Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights owned by entities other than the Creator.

3. About Us

CyberThrone is a team of skilled graphic and creative designers alongside web and software developers and social media experts. We have meticulously crafted a distinctive NFT collection called CyberThrone: Genesis. This collection is uniquely minted on the Solana blockchain and features over 200 distinct traits, including head, body, leg, arm, weapon, background and color scheme variations. Upon choosing to acquire NFTs from our esteemed CyberThrone: Genesis collection, you are granted a license to use them under the terms and conditions explicitly outlined in these Terms, subject to certain restrictions and limitations, which are elucidated below. The comprehensive terms of purchase for NFTs and the corresponding license details are available in these Terms below. For a thorough understanding of your rights and responsibilities regarding the acquired NFTs, we encourage you to review these Terms meticulously. This ensures a transparent and mutually beneficial engagement between CyberThrone Technology LTD and you, our valued user.

4. Purchase and Sale of NFTs

CyberThrone is the Creator of the NFTs collection showcased on the Website. We do not directly sell NFTs on our Website. All transactions are facilitated by third-party service providers. The acquisition of our NFTs can be completed on partner Marketplaces, including Magic Eden and Tensor. Should you choose to acquire NFTs through these third-party services, all transactions will be exclusively processed through these services and the respective blockchain network(s). We exercise no control over these transactions and lack the authority to reverse any associated fees, including transaction fees or "gas" fees imposed by relevant blockchain network(s). Consequently, we bear no liability for any claims or damages arising from your engagements in purchases or transactions through these third-party services.

License

5. License Terms to NFTs

All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Artwork, designs, characters, lore, universe, names, logos, and other creative elements embodied in or associated with the NFTs (collectively, the “IP”) are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. Ownership of an NFT confers no transfer of ownership of the IP itself, but only the limited license rights expressly granted below.

5.1. General License Terms:

Buyers are authorized to use the NFTs for both commercial and personal purposes, including the creation and sale of derivative works, as long as they remain in possession of the NFT. The License is transferable solely through secondary sales on the Marketplace. The License is revocable and applicable to the NFT owner for the use, copying, display, and enjoyment of the associated Art, including: Personal and commercial use. Participation in Marketplaces allowing NFT sale or transfer. Presentation in online galleries showcasing the associated Art. This License is constrained by the duration of your NFT Ownership. Upon the sale of the NFT to a new party in a secondary transaction, the License is reassigned to the new NFT Buyer. The rights conferred by the License to you as the original owner cease to be effective upon such transfer. You are obligated to bring the contents of this License to the attention of the new Buyer before completing the NFT sale. It is clarified that the sale of the NFT in itself does not qualify as a "commercial use" of the NFT within the framework of this License.

5.2. Grant of Limited Commercial IP License to NFT Holders:

Subject to continuous ownership of a valid CyberThrone NFT and compliance with these Terms, the Company grants the NFT holder a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide limited commercial license to use the Artwork associated with the NFT (“Limited IP License”). The Limited IP License permits the NFT holder to exploit the Artwork solely as incorporated into new creative works or products, and only in accordance with Section 5.7 (Permitted Uses) and Section 5.8 (Brand & Reputation Restrictions). The Limited IP License automatically terminates upon: transfer or sale of the NFT; breach of these Terms; or written notice of termination by the Company following a material breach.

5.3 Optional License-Back to the Company (Revenue Participation Model):

NFT holders may elect to license their Limited IP License back to the Company (“License-Back Election”).
(a) License-Back Grant. Upon making a License-Back Election, the NFT holder grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to commercially exploit the Artwork associated with the NFT.
(b) Annual License Fee. In consideration of the License-Back, the Company shall pay the NFT holder an annual license fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of Net Revenue derived from digital exploitation of the CyberThrone IP. Net Revenue includes, without limitation: royalties from current or future NFT or digital collections; software or platform licensing revenues; digital book or print-on-demand book sales; digital or physical merchandise sales; music royalty income; graded or digital trading card game (TCG) sales; any other digital or blockchain-based commercial use of the IP. Net Revenue shall exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and third-party marketplace fees.
(c) Election Mechanics. License-Back participation is opt-in only and shall be governed by a separate written election mechanism or smart contract process designated by the Company. NFT holders who do not opt in retain their Limited IP License under Section 5.5.

5.4. Transfer of Licence upon Sale of NFT

Upon the sale of any NFT you own, the License automatically transfers to the Buyer acquiring the NFT. The Ownership of the NFT is contingent upon compliance with the terms outlined in this License. It's crucial to note that nothing in this License is intended to, or shall operate to, confer Ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights or other rights related to the associated Art upon the NFT owner. The License remains the primary basis for the permissible use of the Art associated with the NFT.

5.5 Independent Commercial Use Below Revenue Threshold:

If an NFT holder does not elect the License-Back option, they may independently commercialize the Artwork under the Limited IP License, provided that:
(i) aggregate gross revenue generated from all uses of the Artwork does not exceed USD $100,000 per calendar year; and
(ii) all uses remain compliant with Sections 5.6 and 5.7. No revenue share or payment is owed to the Company while revenues remain below this threshold.

5.6 Extended Commercial Rights Above Revenue Threshold:

If an NFT holder’s gross annual revenue derived from use of the Artwork exceeds USD $100,000, the Limited IP License shall no longer be sufficient. The NFT holder must:
(i) cease further commercial exploitation beyond the threshold; and
(ii) contact business@cyberthrone.io to apply for an Extended IP License. Grant of any Extended IP License is at the Company’s sole discretion and subject to separate written agreement, which may include revised royalty terms, audit rights, and brand controls.

5.7 Permitted Creative Uses:

Subject to compliance with these Terms, NFT holders may use the Artwork to create and monetize:
(i) merchandise (including clothing, posters, collectibles, and physical or digital goods);
(ii) comics, graphic novels, or illustrated books;
(iii) animated videos, short films, or web series;
(iv) games or mini-games featuring the NFT characters or universe; (v) music projects incorporating the NFT characters, branding elements, or lore;
(vi) and (vii) YouTube channels, podcasts, or social media content. All uses must be derivative and must not involve standalone exploitation of raw design files or traits.

5.8 Brand, Attribution & Reputation Restrictions:

The Limited IP License is subject to strict brand protection conditions: No Brand Creation. NFT holders may not:
(i) present the Artwork or NFT as their own brand;
(ii) register or use trademarks, trade names, logos, or domain names derived from the Artwork or CyberThrone IP;
(iii) suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation with the Company. Any business, project, or product created by the NFT holder must operate under a distinct name and branding unrelated to CyberThrone, and clearly avoid consumer confusion as to source or ownership. Reputation Protection. The Artwork may not be used in any manner that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading, illegal, or otherwise reasonably likely to harm the reputation, goodwill, or integrity of the CyberThrone brand. No Token or Collection Misrepresentation. NFT holders may not mint, issue, or promote additional NFTs, tokens, or collections using the Artwork or confusingly similar designs.

5.9. License Restrictions

In addition to the protections outlined in section 5.7 above, certain limitations are imposed on the use of our NFTs, and we retain the underlying rights to enforce these restrictions. While utilizing the NFTs you own, you are prohibited from: Inappropriate Use: Using the Art in connection with materials depicting hate, violence, intolerance, cruelty, or other inappropriate behavior that could reasonably be considered to bring the owner of the material into disrepute or infringe on the rights of others. Commercial Purpose Restrictions: Seeking to use the Art or NFT for commercial purposes, excluding a bona fide secondary sale of the NFT to a Buyer, conditional upon the Revenue Share payment being made, except as allowed for under the License terms stated herein. Intellectual Property Restrictions: Seeking to register a trademark or acquire Intellectual Property Rights in the Art or attempting in any other manner to claim ownership in the Art. Prohibition on Further NFT Issuance: Causing, directly or indirectly, the further issuance of an NFT claiming an association with the Art or purporting to be an NFT of the Art, or which is a derivative work of the Art. Consistency with License Rights: Asserting any right to or over the material in any manner inconsistent with the rights under this License. Challenge to Creator's Title: Taking any action that would or might invalidate, challenge, oppose, infringe, or otherwise put in dispute the Creator’s title to any Intellectual Property Rights in the Art. Assistance Prohibition: Causing, permitting, or assisting any other person directly or indirectly to do any of the above acts. For the avoidance of doubt, the restrictions on the License survive termination or assignment transfer of this License. The Company reserves the right to:
(i) request reasonable revenue attestations where commercial use is apparent;
(ii) require cessation of non-compliant uses; or
(iii) revoke the Limited IP License upon breach. Failure to comply may result in termination of license rights without compensation. You acknowledge that the NFTs you own contains individual layered files and traits owned by us. The individual layered files, traits, and Art of the NFT you own may not be used individually, separately, or in combination with each other, other than as provided herein, for commercial or any other purpose. NFTs of Genesis collection you own may only be used for commercial purposes in its entirety as a whole or as a basis for derivative works substantially altered from the original NFT and Art (background may be removed but not used individually). However, under no circumstances shall the NFT and Art be used to: Create merchandise using the NFT once you no longer own that NFT. Create, sell, or promote Counterfeit NFTs or associated collections. Create any derivative works in violation of the mentioned License terms stated herein. Sell or sublicense the rights on the NFT without paying Revenue Share.

5.10. License Termination

If you breach any License terms outlined herein, we reserve the right to terminate the License without any notice or compensation. Further actions may be taken, including publishing the termination of the License and/or seeking to block the Art or the listing of an NFT subject to removal from any Marketplaces and third-party websites. Upon termination of these License terms, the rights granted by the License in respect of an NFT you own will cease immediately. This encompasses the rights to use, copy, display, create derivative works, and otherwise enjoy the Art associated with the NFT you own.

Revenue Share Program

Legal Character of the Program

The Revenue Participation Program is not an investment scheme, collective investment scheme, security, profit-sharing arrangement, dividend program, or financial product. Eligibility arises solely from a voluntary license-back arrangement, under which NFT holders permit the Company to exploit Licensed IP. No representation is made that participation will result in income, profit, or financial benefit. Any distributions are contingent, discretionary, and variable. Revenues derived from digital sales, royalties from collections, software licensing, and other digital exploitation of CyberThrone IP are aggregated into the Genesis Pool. Only eligible Genesis NFT holders who have elected the license-back option may participate.

Library Pool: Revenues derived specifically from books and publications are allocated to the Library Pool. Eligibility requires ownership of both a Genesis NFT and a Library NFT.
Records Pool: Revenues derived from music exploitation are allocated to the Records Pool. Eligibility requires ownership of both a Genesis NFT and a Records NFT.
Ownership of Library or Records NFTs without Genesis ownership confers no entitlement.

Annual Accounting and Distribution Cycle

Revenue participation is calculated on a calendar-year basis. Revenues generated in one calendar year are assessed, finalised, and distributed at the beginning of the following calendar year, subject to accounting, audit, and administrative processes. To be eligible for any distribution for a given year, a participant must have continuously owned the required NFT(s) for at least 275 days during that calendar year. NFTs acquired later in the year (including April, September, or thereafter) are ineligible for that year’s participation. This requirement is designed to ensure participation reflects long-term engagement rather than short-term. Distributions are discretionary, may be adjusted, deferred, or withheld to ensure legal, regulatory, and operational compliance. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the program to comply with evolving UK or international regulatory requirements.

Opt-In to Revenue Participation.

Participation in any revenue sharing or revenue participation programme offered within the CyberThrone ecosystem is strictly optional and is not automatic. Eligible users may elect to participate only by completing an explicit opt-in through the account settings associated with their user profile on CyberThrone.io, in accordance with the instructions made available on the platform and subject at all times to these Terms and any additional programme-specific terms and conditions. No user shall be deemed to have opted in by default, by mere ownership of a CyberThrone NFT, or by participation in any other ecosystem feature. CyberThrone reserves the right to introduce eligibility criteria, amend, suspend, or discontinue any revenue participation programme at any time, in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Taxation, Reporting and Regulatory Compliance

All amounts received may constitute taxable income. Participants are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes. The Company may report payments to relevant tax authorities, including UK tax bodies, where required by law. This program is structured to comply with applicable UK laws and regulatory guidance concerning cryptoassets. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial advice, an inducement to invest, or an offer of regulated financial products.
